ABC Workforce collects personal information as provided directly by employees and their employers of companies utilizing any of the aforementioned websites. These websites are password protected and the data is securely stored in regularly audited and certified data systems written by UKG and hosted by Google Cloud and Wix.
Information collected directly from you: We may collect personal information directly from you, for example, in a secure web form in one of our afore mentioned websites, during an online or in-person registration, while making a reservation, while setting up an account with us, applying for a job, when you contact us for customer support, or when onboarding as a new employee. Personal information we collect directly from you may include first and last name, address, email address, phone number, and any and all information necessary to manage payroll and workforce management services.
Information collected from your device: Our websites may use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your device, including for example your IP address, browser and operating system information, geographic location, referring website address, and other information about how you interact with the website. Information collected from your employer: Companies that have signed a service agreement with ABC Workforce will have access to the aforementioned websites which can be used to collect, store, and utilize your personal information sufficient to execute the duties and responsibilities associated with employment.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: We use information collected directly from you and your employer to provide you with our products and services, customer service and support, and other relevant information. We may also use this information to market our products and services to you, including by email and text message subject to your consent. We use information collected automatically from your device to provide our website to you, to optimize our website, and to assist with our advertising and marketing efforts. We use information collected from our advertising partners to market our products and services to you.
SMS TEXT AND EMAIL MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS FOR USERS
If you wish to subscribe to SMS text notifications from your employer through the above mentioned websites, log in to your personal account using the account number, user name, and password provided by your employer, go to the Notification Preferences page, check the box for the SMS delivery method, verify your phone number by requesting a code and entering it, and click Save.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text message sent from us. Or you can log in to your personal account, go to the Notification Preferences page, and disable SMS messaging.
If you stop SMS text messaging but later wish to resubscribe, reply START to any text message sent from us. Or you can log in to your personal account, go to the Notification Preferences page, and disable SMS messaging.
Email notifications from your employer are automatically enabled upon registration.
If you wish to stop receiving email notifications, log in to your personal account, go to the Notification Preferences page, and disable email messaging.
ABC Workforce will not charge SMS text messaging fees, but phone carriers may charge SMS text messaging fees depending upon your plan with them.
You may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, or to request that your personal information be corrected or deleted. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at service@abcworkforce.com
